Physical activity is a necessary condition for the development of the child's organism.

The healthy passion for physical activity as well as the love for design inculcated from the childhood.

And if physical culture is a health pledge then beautiful things in everyday life are a pledge of beautiful future. Because a person surrounded by beauty in childhood is unlikely to retreat from these canons over time.

Skiing with his parents in the city park is remembered with the same warmth in adulthood as wine glasses from unusual colored glass at that time.

It has been long known that the brain development during infancy is directly interrelated to the physical development of the child. That’s why it's crucial to develop coordination, force, dexterity and general physical activity of a child from infancy.

It is no secret that exercise and physical activity are beneficial to a child's health. However, physical benefits are not the only reason why children need exercise on a consistent basis. Many studies increasingly show that there is a positive correlation between a child's physical activity and his or her mental development; in fact, physical activity has a three-fold benefit to mental development: social, academic, and mental health.

Social  Development

When children are involved in organized sports or exposed to an organized physical education class, the basic values they learned in the sandbox all those years ago are further emphasized: sharing, working together, and celebrating together are all essential components of team sports and organized play.

Working together and seeing such work pay off helps strengthen a child's relationships with his or her peers, and gives him or her something to bond over with other children. Therefore, the social aspect of certain physical activities help to develop a child's sense of camaraderie, and teaches them positive values.

Mental Health

Physical activity can impact a child's mood, as well as his or her motivation and focus. It is a crucial element to his or her mental development. As a result of consistent physical activity, children are likely to perform better in school, learn social lessons and gain friendships, and be more mentally healthy, all of which are important to setting them up for successful future.

Academic Benefits

Physical activity causes the release of hormones in the brain, strengthening its memory capacity and raising its thinking ability. So physical activity has a positive impact on a child's performance in school.

Kids who receive an hour of physical activity each day may perform up to 40% better on standardized tests. This increased level of performance benefits the student and also the school by developing stronger educational environments.

Physical activity has multiple, far reaching effects that last into adulthood. It can be gymnastics, exercises on the ball or just a massage.  But there is no mental development without physical.  A commitment to physical activity is an investment in the future.
